Lions embarass Rams, 44-6
The Detroit Lions put points up on the board early and often in a 44-6 dismantling of the St. Louis Rams.
Quarterback Shaun Hill was outstanding, throwing for 220 yards and three touchdowns to lead Detroit.
Wide receiver Calvin Johnson hauled in another score, but he injured his shoulder making a catch and could miss significant time.
The Lions cannot afford to lose Johnson, who opens up the offense for all of the other receivers and tight ends. (Read More…)
